Traditionally, dental crowns are used to attach to implants, but because the All-on-4 works to replace an entire row of teeth, it is likely that denture-supported implants will be used instead.

The draw of dental implants is that they fuse with the natural jawbone over time, thus making them a part of the body. During this recovery time, the four implants will fuse with the bone so a strong and supportive structure can be had.
